Incentive Compensation Analyst

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for calculations of a business channel and payroll assistance including:
    • Utilizing our existing commission system, Q-Commission, to download data from and manipulate via excel
    • Calculate draw amounts based on hourly wage paid using excel
    • Submit final payroll file to our vendor
  • Communicate gross and net commission information with various internal stakeholders, up to, and including senior leaders
  • Maintain employee level commission plan changes, updating commission system and calculation notes
  • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed
  • Respond to Compliance, Licensing and Audit requests as needed 
Compensation Plan Administration
  • Write, distribute and track new comp plans
  • Write, distribute and track plan changes via addendums
  • Maintain comp plan network drive that houses comp plan templates, word and pdf distributed plans and pdf signed plans returned by employee
  • Publish reoccurring plan tracker status reports to the Regionals
  • Regularly audit and maintain signed comp plans
  • Monitor Incentive Compensation email box 
Desired Skills, Experience, or Education:
  • Candidate will need moderate experience with Word, and Adobe Acrobat, and will need strong excel skills
  • Variable Incentive Compensation planning, design, and administration is a required
  • Must be able to maintain high levels of confidentiality
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Willing to learn and be flexible as tasks vary
  • Will interact directly with employees and managers on specific plans, will engage will other employees in corporate office up to senior leaders for data analysis and reporting
  • Communication skills, both written and oral, are imperative
