Job Summary:
Primarily responsible for consulting and supporting the line of business through an offshoring initiative. Incumbent will conduct Consultations, Transfer Ability Analysis and build Business Case for Business Process Offshore (BPO) and present to the line of business for review and approval. Incumbent is responsible for supporting the Enterprise Offshore Program Office with the accountability of performing the EOP related monitoring, reporting and support function post implementation.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Completes Consultation and Transfer Ability Analysis for Enterprise Offshoring Initiatives
  • Assist in Determining Appropriate Staffing Levels for the Program
  • Coordinate the Line of Business Receives Suitable Training and Development of the Program
  • Organize Creation of CBA with Finance Department after Cost Analysis is Discussed with Business Owners
  • Help Identify Anticipated Program Resistance
  • Create and Maintain Reports
  • Support Pre and Post Implementation Communication Efforts
  • Support Pre and Post Implementation Training Efforts
  • Apply Organizational Skills to all Facets of the Program
  • Assist in the Creation of the Business Case for the Initiative
  • Track and Report Issues Pre and Post Implementation to Senior Leadership
  • All Other Responsibilities Assigned
  • month-end closing process in accordance with external and internal audit requirements

Desired Skills, Experience, or Education:
  • 4+ Year College Degree, preferably in International Business
  • 3+ Years of Experience in Global Outsourcing and/or Vendor Management, preferably within the Mortgage Industry
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Strict Attention to Details
  • Knowledge of Foreign Languages is not required, but Recommended
  • Highly Agile in Microsoft Suite
  • PMP Certified Preferred
