Job Summary:
Supports new hire process of joining the organization. Works closely with sales hires joining the organization from the time they verbally accept their offer to join the Company through their first month of employment.
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • This position supports the new hire through the process of joining the organization.
  • Works closely with sales hires joining the organization from the time they verbally accept their offer to join the Company through their first month of employment.
  • Ensures new hires have the tools, resources and training to be successful in their position.
  • Interacts with new hires daily via phone/email, as well as internal support departments.
  • Orders business cards, updates websites, sets-up marketing accounts, imports/maps excel files into database. 
  • Manages new user log-ins, systems access and equipment.
  • Speaks with new hire on start date to assist the new hire with logging into the system
  • Monitors mortgage licensing process and releases credentials to new hires when appropriate.
  • Processes change requests for existing employees transferring from branch to branch.
  • Keeps records of new hire information on the internal database.   
  • Compiles and sends weekly reports about recruitment pipeline.
 
Desired Skills, Experience, or Education:
  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations and handling of employee data
  • MS Office experience required
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills- ability to run reports, pivot tables, and vlookups
  • Basic IT experience required (such as downloading apps on smartphones, assisting with downloading programs on laptops, etc...)
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Fun, engaging, and patient personality to build relationships over the phone with new hires and assist with IT issues
