- Design and develop training documentation to support learning objectives; Apply instructional design methodologies to learning solutions, which could include instructor-led training, self-paced modules, eLearning, etc
- Facilitate both instructor-led classroom and webinar training sessions
- Perform needs assessments; Collaborate with leadership team and SMEs to identify performance gaps and design an appropriate solution.
- Develop project plans related to learning assignments; execute deliverables on time
- Create surveys, assessments, and gather data to measure the value or impact of learning solutions
- Coordinate training schedules, registrations, resources, and communications; Maintain rosters, reports, and other records.
Other skills required: Knowledge of training principles, including adult learning theories; Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite
